===Ingredients===
*1/2 lb whole fresh brussel sprouts
*1 Tbls of High Heat Oil (Avocado, Coconut, [[Clarified Butter (Ghee)]])
*1 tsp [[:Category:Ancestral Seasonings|Ancestral Seasoning]]
===Directions===
#Place skillet in oven and heat to 475 degrees
#Cut off ends of sprouts and then slice in half.
#*Keep the stray leaves that come off, they crisp up wonderfully!
#In a mixing bowl, toss sprouts with oil and seasoning
#Place sprouts in hot skillet, bake for 30 min

*High heat oil is necessary in order to char the sprouts properly
