Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb whole fresh brussel sprouts
- 1 Tbls of High Heat Oil (Avocado, Coconut, Clarified Butter (Ghee))
- 1 tsp Ancestral Seasoning
Directions
- Place skillet in oven and heat to 475 degrees
- Cut off ends of sprouts and then slice in half.
- Keep the stray leaves that come off, they crisp up wonderfully!
- In a mixing bowl, toss sprouts with oil and seasoning
- Place sprouts in hot skillet, bake for 30 min
Notes
- High heat oil is necessary in order to char the sprouts properly
