Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place skillet in oven and heat to 475 degrees
  2. Cut off ends of sprouts and then slice in half.
    • Keep the stray leaves that come off, they crisp up wonderfully!
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss sprouts with oil and seasoning
  4. Place sprouts in hot skillet, bake for 30 min


Notes

  • High heat oil is necessary in order to char the sprouts properly
