Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients

  • 24 wings (drums and flats)
  • 2 Tbsp Ancestral Seasoning
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp neutral oil (canola, avacado) divided in half
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Directions

  1. Season wings and set aside for at least 30 min (the longer the better)
  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  3. Toss wings with 2 Tbsp of neutral oil
  4. Place wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 35-45 min or until well browned
  5. In a pot slowly heat other 2 Tbsp of oil, zest and juice
  6. Remove wings from oven and toss with lemon-pepper oil
