Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients
- 24 wings (drums and flats)
- 2 Tbsp Ancestral Seasoning
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 4 Tbsp neutral oil (canola, avacado) divided in half
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Directions
- Season wings and set aside for at least 30 min (the longer the better)
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Toss wings with 2 Tbsp of neutral oil
- Place wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 35-45 min or until well browned
- In a pot slowly heat other 2 Tbsp of oil, zest and juice
- Remove wings from oven and toss with lemon-pepper oil
