Ham and Mushrooms
From Auntie's Cook Book
Ingredients
- 2 cups of diced ham
- 4 cups of sliced cremini mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 4 cups of fresh baby spinach
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbls rice vinegar
- pepper
Directions
- Heat butter in pan until just smoking
- Brown ham, set aside
- Add garlic, cook for 30 sec
- Add mushrooms and brown
- Add rice vinegar and soy sauce
- Add spinach, cook until wilted
- Return ham to skillet, mix and serve
