Ingredients
- 1 lb 85/15 Ground Turkey (Shady Brook is preferred)
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 3 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 2-3 Tbsp of vegetable, canolas or avacado oil
- Sliced pepper jack cheese
- Sliced American cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Scoop a billiard ball size chuck of meat, roll into a ball. Then form into patties
- Place patties onto backing sheet and place in freezer for 15 min
- Heat oil in pan until just smoking
- Cook patties for 4 min each side
- Place PepperJack on bottom of bun
- Melt American cheese on top
