Ingredients
- 3 packs of cooked Ramen Noodles (cooked with 1 seasoning packet)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp Tahini
- 1.5 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp green onion
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1.5 tsp chili powder (or Chinese Chili Oil)
- 3-5 Tbsp boiling oil
- 3 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp black vinegar
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- chicken boullion
Directions
- Mix sesame oil, Tahini, light and dark soy, chili oil, vinegar, oyster sauce. Set aside
- Combine garlic, onion, sesame seeds and chili powder, cover with hot oil. Allow to cool
- Add to paste and mix
- Pour over cooked noodles
