Ingredients

  • 3 packs of cooked Ramen Noodles (cooked with 1 seasoning packet)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1.5 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp green onion
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1.5 tsp chili powder (or Chinese Chili Oil)
  • 3-5 Tbsp boiling oil
  • 3 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • chicken boullion

Directions

  1. Mix sesame oil, Tahini, light and dark soy, chili oil, vinegar, oyster sauce. Set aside
  2. Combine garlic, onion, sesame seeds and chili powder, cover with hot oil. Allow to cool
  3. Add to paste and mix
  4. Pour over cooked noodles
