Ingredients
- 1 roll of pizza dough
- 2 cups of Marinara Sauce
- 1 lb of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 6 oz of sliced white mushrooms
- 8 oz of sliced sweet peppers
- 1 lb of ground Italian sausage, browned
- 4 oz of thick cut salami
- 12 in cast iron skillet
- 1 tsp cornmeal
- EVOO for skillet
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees
- Grease skillet with EVOO
- Sprinkle cornmeal evenly on bottom
- Roll out dough to cover skillet and up the sides
- Layer in this order: cheese, sausage, onion, salami, mushrooms, sweet peppers, cheese, sauce
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
