===Ingredients===
*2 cups chicken broth
*2 cups dry elbow macaroni
*1/4 tsp ground black pepper
*2 tbsp salted butter
*1/4 cup whole milk
*2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided into 1 cup and 1 cup)
*1 cup shredded smoked gouda
*1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
*1 cup Panko bread crumbs
*1 tsp smoked paprika
===Directions===
#Heat oven to 425 degrees
#Pour broth into an Instant Pot®, then add macaroni, salt, pepper, and butter. Stir to combine.
#Put on lid and pressure cook for 5 min
#Do a quick release, remove lid
#Add in milk, 1 cup of cheddar, smoked gouda and mozzerella stirring until cheese is melted and fully incorporated. 
#Pour mac and cheese into a deep skillet (cast iron if possible)
#Sprinkle remaining cheddar, panko and then smoked paprika
#Place in oven and bake until toasted and bubbly (about 5 min)
