===Ingredients===
*1 lb 85/15 Ground Turkey (Shady Brook is preferred)
*1 egg (slightly beaten)
*1/4 cup bread crumbs
*3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
*3 Tbsp Onion Powder
*1 Tbsp Black pepper
*1 tsp paprika
*4 oz crumbled blue cheese
*2-3 Tbsp of vegetable, canolas or avacado oil
*Sliced pepper jack cheese
*Sliced American cheese
===Directions===
#Mix all ingredients together
#Scoop a billiard ball size chuck of meat, roll into a ball. Then form into patties
#Place patties onto backing sheet and place in freezer for 15 min
#Heat oil in pan until just smoking
#Cook patties for 4 min each side
#Place PepperJack on bottom of bun
#Melt American cheese on top
