===Ingredients===

*1 Bunch of collard greens (destemmed and sliced into 1/2 inch ribbons)
*3 roma tomatoes (sliced)
*1/2 medium onion (sliced)
*3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
*2 tbls butter
*2 tbls wine
*1 tbls low-sodium soy sauce
*Ancestral seasonings

===Directions===

Recipe works as-is in a 14in wok, smaller pans may need to be done in batches

#Heat oil in a wok/pan
#Add onion and garlic, saute for 30 seconds
#Add collards, mix well to coat greens with oil
#Stir constanly for 2 min
#Add wine, scrape up any dark spots in pan
#Add tomato, soy sauce and ancestral seasonings, mix well
